01. Understand

We start with a conversation, not a proposal. What do you do over and over? Where do customers wait? Where do things get lost? We ask about the work as it really happens, including the messy parts. You do not need to know what AI can do. You only need to know what costs you time.

02. Design

We map the workflow and decide what can realistically be automated.

We draw the process step by step, mark where rules are enough and where AI helps, and decide what a person should still do. You see the plan before anything is built, including what we will not automate and why. If the honest answer is that a spreadsheet will do, we say so.

03. Build

We build the AI agents and automations around your actual process.

We build the automation to follow your real process, using your words, your timings and your approved answers. We test it on real examples from your business, including the awkward ones, before it touches a customer.

04. Deploy

The system goes live in your environment.

We put it live in your accounts and on your channels, such as your WhatsApp number, your sheet and your website. Our Launch plan is built to be live in about 7 to 10 days, and Accelerate and Scale in 10 to 15 days, depending on the workflow.

05. Measure

It connects to a custom dashboard so you can see what it is doing.

We refine it using real data and your feedback.

After launch we review real numbers with you. Which questions did it miss? Where did customers drop off? We tighten the rules, add answers and fix what the data shows, so the system gets better with use.

Where possible, automations run in your own accounts and infrastructure, with least-privilege access, so we can only reach what the automation needs. SpressxAI never asks for your passwords. We use proper access keys that you can switch off at any time, and we tell you plainly what data each tool sees.
